El cilindro HyperCyl es simple como un cilindro neumático y potente como un cilindro hidráulico. Es operado con aire comprimido de 40 a 100 PSI de aire y tiene una capacidad de 1 a 200 tons. de fuerza. Tiene una carrera total hasta 8.00¨ (Total stroke). Carrera de trabajo de 0.25¨ a 1.00¨ (Power stroke). El cilindro está formado por una sección neumática y el intensificador neumático-hidráulico.

El cilindro HyperCyl se recomienda en usos de remachado, engargolado, estampado, punzonado, marcado, en equipos de soldadura por resistencia, etc. Es ideal en aplicaciones para la industria automotriz y metalmecánica. Los cilindros HyperCyl son utilizados en aplicaciones tanto automáticas como manuales.

Funcionamiento

Carrera de avance pneumática (ventaja; rapidez, impacto suave que evita daño a el herramental y bajo consumo de aire).
Carrera de trabajo que se activa automáticamente al momento que el vástago hace contacto con el material, en cualquier punto de la carrera de avance.
Carrera de regreso pneumática.

Instalación muy simple de 6 a 12 tornillos y 2 tuberías para el aire.

Los cilindros tienen el 100% de separación del aire y el aceite para una operación consistente y sin problemas.

Los cilindros pueden ser montados en cualquier posición debido a que el intensificador alimenta el aceite a alta presión y que todos los cilindros tiene una válvula pneumática integrada que permite su retorno.

Conexión hidráulica para el control de la presión de trabajo con el uso de un interruptor de presión.

Rellenar el cilindro cuando el indicador este botado.

Conexión para rellenado del aceite.

Garantía de tres años sin límite a la cantidad de turnos en la planta o ciclos.

Sistema limpio, ciclos rápidos, bajo en ruido, bajo consumo de aire.
